Work from home has become a basic method followed by every organization during the pandemic. It has become the only way to continue one's business. Work from home is carrying on the companies activities without going to office. The place of work in work from home is way more comfortable than the office. Work from home works as same as work in office, the only thing is the place of work that differs. The employees feel free to work at home as there wont be any restrictions on clothes they wear and the freedom they have. They can wear any clothes they are comfortable at home instead of wearing formals. They won’tbe observed my outsiders or even boss during the time of work and hence they can work freely. Employers are also benefitted to an extent through work from home. They need not spend for the amenities and facilities provided in the office. The perquisite expenditure that employer incurs on employees can be reduced. The travel facility that is arranged to employee by the
employer also can be totally cut. There would be much amount of expenditure reduced for the employee. But to continue with this work from home, the employer might need to provide every employer a laptop and proper internet facility. Such things are to be taken care by the employer.

Work from home is being carried out for almost 5 months. Employees are now having this new experience. Some may find it easier but some might not. The facilities available in their home are the main factors deciding it. There should be a laptop and proper internet facility. That is the basic requirement to carry on work from home. This facility may in some cases be provided by the employer. But if it is beard by the employee itself, it might turn out as a burden to them. They should be able to afford for the laptop if they don’t have one. The internet required might also be of unaffordable cost by some employees. With all the benefits, employees find it better to work from home. Employers also reduce their expenditure which in turn benefits the employers financially. Anyway seen work from home is much better than work in office. It is not surprising that work from home is the future. Very soon people start preferring work from home as their way to work. This would soon change the way businesses are carried on. Any job that can be done from home would gain more attention rather than the jobs going on-site. People prefer comfort and thus they go for work from home.

The snacks and beverages that are to be provided to employees during the time of work need not be provided. Work from home benefits employers in all these ways. Any meetings that are to be held can be done through cloud meetings. They can be made through video calls. Meetings through video calls give out almost the same experience as live meetings. There won’t be much time wasted for these meetings to be held and carried on. To hire employees to work in office there would be certain limitations. Everyone might not be willing to shift to the place of work. Because of this, the company might lose many employees that are really best for the role they are seeking. Place has become a greater hindrance in such cases. This is won through implementation of work from home option. Those employees can be given an option of work from home. Then the company need not lose those employees. So the best can be hired by adapting work from home.

Employees doesn’t prefer to quit the job. They get used to the comfort and ease of working from home. They don’t even think of leaving this opportunity for some other job and don’t even feel workload. The company need not worry about losing employees. While the employees work from home, there would be a greater insight into other markets. This increases productivity and output from the teams. They don’t constantly feel the need to go for a vacation. They feel at home. They won’t get too tired working from home. Employees can also work longer. They are anyway in their home, so working for a longer period doesn’t effect them much. This increases their efficiency to work. need not go to office and get strained. They can make the work done by staying at home. Though there needs to be a guidance to employees it can be done by the employer by staying at home. The work doesn’t seem as a burden.

As there is no need to go to office, the place of work can be of any kind. The office can be prepared anywhere as per our convenience. There won’t be any restrictions related to the place of work. There need to be the basic requirements you held up an office. The basic stationary and the facilities required can be arranged at any place they wish to. Work from home also saves money for both employers and employees. In some jobs the schedule can also be their own. The deadline is given and the work can be done anytime they are comfortable with. However, it is to be submitted within the deadline. Independence and individuality can be developed by adapting work from home. Employees stop depending on each other for the completion of work given. Employees can learn to work more effectively. Any doubts can be clarified through calls. Thus there won’t be any mistakes in the work done. Meetings in video conferences can be more enjoyable. That would be like a virtual get together
for the employees. Formal meetings along with informal meetings are to be conducted. Meetings can be more effective as there would be more discussion on the subject rather than discussing informal matters. Keeping in touch with Co workers is also easy through work from home. That would also add some fun in making the meetings more reliable. You can keep in touch more effectively with the employees of the organization. There would be a clear communication carried on between the employer and the employees.

Employees stay more focused during work from home. There won’t be many diversions. They won’t get bored during the work. Office politics can also be avoided by adapting work from home. Work from home can be always a better choice to opt for work rather than working in office. Work from home is now used as a temporary option to continue the works of the organizations. Soon this may be a permanent choice to adapt to create a better environment for the employees.
